Crawlspace Encapsulation in Salisbury, MD
Robert was dealing with high humidity in his crawlspace. After doing some research online, he reached out to the trusted experts at DryZone to schedule a free inspection. Our System Design Specialist, Don, completed a thorough evaluation and walked Robert through the findings.
Humidity levels in the crawlspace were over 70%, well above the recommended 55% benchmark. To solve the problem and bring the space back under control, we installed CleanSpace along with a SaniDry Sedona. With up to 100 pints per day of moisture removal and the ability to circulate over 300 cubic feet of dry air per minute, the SaniDry Sedona helps keep crawlspaces and basements dry, comfortable, and protected.

Thomas was dealing with high humidity in his home’s crawlspace. Knowing it could lead to bigger issues down the road, he reached out to the trusted experts at DryZone to schedule a free inspection. Our System Design Specialist, Joe, performed a thorough evaluation and found the crawlspace humidity was over 71%, well above the recommended 55% benchmark.
To address the problem, we installed DrainageMatting, CleanSpace, and a SaniDry Sedona. The SaniDry Sedona can remove up to 100 pints of moisture per day and circulates over 300 cubic feet of dry air per minute throughout the crawlspace or basement, helping keep the space dry, comfortable, and protected.

Crawlspace Encapsulation in Worton, MD
Vic had a home that was not their full-time residence, and each time they visited they were met with a musty smell as soon as they walked in. Wanting the home to feel like a getaway instead of being greeted by unpleasant odors, they contacted the trusted experts at DryZone to schedule a free estimate. Our System Design Specialist conducted a thorough inspection and went over his findings with Vic.
A few of the major components of this crawlspace encapsulation included DrainageMatting, CleanSpace, and a Turtl access well. DrainageMatting was installed first over the dirt crawlspace floor to create a drainage space for any water to flow beneath the liner. CleanSpace was then installed over top. CleanSpace is a heavy 20-mil-thick liner that helps brighten the crawlspace while also allowing homeowners to easily spot dirt, debris, insects, or other issues. It is made with a blend of high-density polyethylene for puncture resistance, low-density polyethylene for flexibility, and polyester cord reinforcement for tear resistance.
Thanks to these solutions, Vic can now have peace of mind knowing the home is better protected from high humidity and musty odors.
Millsboro DE, CrawlSpace Encapsulation
Dr. Tom was dealing with a crawl space that had several concerns, including moisture and structural issues beneath his home. Wanting to make sure the problems were addressed the right way, he contacted the trusted experts at DryZone to schedule a free inspection. After a thorough inspection of the crawl space, our team was able to put together a solution to create a cleaner, drier, and more stable space beneath the home.
Our crew installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system to separate the home from the earth and help prevent ground moisture from entering the crawl space. By sealing the area, CleanSpace helps create a controlled environment and reduces the humidity and moisture that can lead to problems over time.
During the project, our crew also addressed a failing 75-year-old main structural beam that had caused the floor above to sag significantly. Five SmartJacks with shims were installed to provide permanent support and help lift the floor back toward its original position.
The transformation was a big one. Dr. Tom’s crawl space is now clean, encapsulated, and properly supported, giving him a long-lasting solution for both the moisture and structural concerns beneath his home.
