Reinforcing Crawl Space Support to Lift Sinking Floors in Safety Harbor, Florida
Shortly after purchasing his new home in Safety Harbor, Florida, Nik noticed sections of the floors sinking, with visible gaps forming between the floors and the adjoining walls. Suspecting an issue with the crawl space’s structural support, he reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. Our team quickly scheduled a free inspection with one of our expert Design Specialists.
Upon inspecting the crawl space, our specialist found that the original block piers supporting the floor joists had settled and become dismantled, leading to the sagging floors. To restore stability, we recommended installing our SmartJack system, designed to lift and permanently support the floor joists. Once Nik approved the plan, our team promptly installed the SmartJacks in key areas of the crawl space, successfully leveling the floors and providing durable, long-term support.
With his floors now fully stabilized, Nik can enjoy peace of mind as he settles into his new home, knowing his foundation is secure.

Concrete Releveled in Inverness, FL
Glenn D. of Inverness, Florida was recovering from health issues and was growing concerned about the concrete walkways around his house. The concrete had settled leaving uneven areas and tripping hazards. He decided to call LRE Foundation Repair to fix his walkway and give him peace of mind. LRE completed an inspection around the home, taking careful measurements of the voids that had formed under the slab over time due to washed out soils. LRE designed a solution that comprised injecting PolyLevel into small holes in the concrete around the walkway. PolyLevel is a two-part, expanding foam material that fills voids, compacts soils, and lifts concrete slabs back in place. Once the project was completed, the homeowner could finally rest easy, feeling safe to walk around his home without issue.

Foundation Lifted and Stabilized in Brooksville, FL
Jay and Jackie C. were experiencing settlement issues at their Brooksville, Florida home. They had cracks on their walls and noticed a gap forming between their ceiling. They wanted the problem addressed before it got any worse, so they called LRE Foundation Repair to come out and take a look. LRE assessed the damage and inspected the whole home determining loose and washed out soil conditions were to blame. LRE's specialist designed the perfect solution, and our crews got to work. Helical piers were installed around the exterior of the home. These galvanized steel piers are mechanically driven into the ground like a corkscrew, compacting loose soils. Once in place, they are attached to the home's footer with a bracket and the weight load of the home is shifted to the piers and off the ground for additional support. In the process, the home was lifted back level again, closing the large gaps. All work was buried underground leaving no trace. The completed project left these residents extremely happy knowing their home is now permanently stabilized.
