In the before photo, you can see the trip hazards and unsettled slabs around this Naples, Florida homeowner's pool deck—a common but risky problem. As seen in the after photo, we applied PolyLevel around the entire pool deck to level the concrete and stabilize the loose and shifting soils beneath it. The next step was to use NexusPro, a joint sealer that refreshed the look of the pool area, making it secure and visually appealing once again.

LRE’s inspection found that poorly compacted soil and washout underneath the pool deck was causing the concrete slabs to crack and settle. LRE was able to remediate Barry’s concerns by utilizing their 2-part concrete protection system. This involves injecting a 2-part polyurethane foam underneath the slab to relevel and stabilize the concrete and then sealing off the cracks with NexusPro which is a silicone-based sealant to provide long-lasting flexibility.
