Foundation Wall Cracks Repaired in Coral Springs, Florida
Erin in Coral Springs, Florida, was planning to have renovations done on her home and knew she needed to have her foundation inspected first after noticing several cracks in her walls. She reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free appointment with one of our expert Design Specialists to help identify any issues. Upon close examination, our Specialist discovered that significant soil settlement beneath the home had compromised the foundation's integrity, resulting in the walls cracking. The specialist crafted a plan to fully stabilize the home and lift the foundation back into its proper position with our push pier system. Erin agreed to the plan, and our production team promptly began installing each push pier deep into the soil beneath the foundation. These piers successfully transferred the weight of the home to the solid bedrock below, effectively stabilizing and lifting the foundation back into position and closing the wall cracks. With her foundation permanently stabilized, Erin can now look forward to completing her home’s renovations.

Buried Downspout Solution in Cooper City, Florida
Flooding had been a persistent issue in the yard of Gary’s home in Cooper City, Florida, and he knew he needed to have the problem addressed to prevent potentially serious damage to his foundation. A Design Specialist from LRE Foundation Repair visited Gary’s home to conduct an inspection and craft a customized solution to help prevent flooding. After looking over the yard of the home, the specialist discovered that although the home had a gutter and downspout system, the water would regularly pool around the perimeter of the home due to poor grading of the yard. A plan was devised to install an EZ Flow French Drain system, which includes a buried extension for the downspouts. This extension will directly channel water from the gutters and into the subsurface system. From here, the water will then be diverted out through a pop-up relief drain located at the far end of the home's property. Following LRE’s installation of his new drainage system, Gary’s flooding issues have now been successfully resolved, relieving him of this persistent issue.

Relief Drain Installed in Pembroke Pines, FL
Shanna C. had issues with water flooding around areas of her Pembroke Pines, Florida home. The water would pool and cause slip hazards around her paver porch. Worried someone may get hurt down the road, she decided to call LRE Foundation Repair to eliminate her flooding problem. LRE inspected the home carefully and noted poor grading was allowing the water to flow towards the home rather than away from it. LRE's Design Specialist crafted a solution that utilizes a buried percolation trench that will collect and divert rainwater away from the home and out through a pop-up relief drain. The entire drainage system was buried underground when the job was finished and this homeowner was thrilled, not only with the look of it but with the dry patio she could finally enjoy worry-free.
