Dear Raymond & Susan, It has been over one year since our friend suggested we contact LRE Foundation Repair concerning sinkhole damage at our property in Palm Harbor. With repairs now behind us, I wanted to take a moment to thank your company and a few of its team members in particular for a great repair experience. After battling our insurance company for close to 3 years, and then doing some due diligence on the services offered by LRE, we had the good fortune of first meeting Derek Penkava, who spent a considerable amount of time walking the property and explaining the entire grouting process to my wife and I, so we had a solid understanding of what we would be facing over the next several months. It was right about this time in 2014, that we met your drilling crew. Friendly, courteous, professional, hard-working, and funny are just a few of the words that describe the crew that Eddie lead throughout the weeks and months that followed. Eddie was a great leader, and made sure they remained on schedule, kept the property neat and was always available to answer any questions we had. I work out of the house, so we had our daily conversations and he kept me abreast of every aspect of the repairs. I must say I know more about the grouting process than I ever thought I would, and I have Eddie to thank. I don't know how many Eddie's you are fortunate enough to have, but he was great. Next came your Construction Services Estimator, Greg Crossley. Knowing I was in the insurance claims business made the process go smoothly, with few issues over scope and price. He understood our ultimate goal, including some personal upgrades outside the insurance money, and worked with us to get this accomplished. He made numerous visits to our home, and we reached what I considered to be a very fair estimate, that incorporated the entire project we were about to undertake, and then, he regularly followed up, showing true concern for the overall job. He met with numerous contractors here at the house to make sure everyone involved understood the scope of the job. If there was a problem, he was first to step up and get it resolved. Not many estimators would ever stay engaged through the job like Greg did. And we don't think this job would have ever been completed without the work of Manuel Quizhpe, your Project Supervisor. Manuel was always here at all hours of the day and night to accommodate our schedule, taking personal responsibility to stay after the various sub-contractors who LRE uses in this area. When an issue surfaced with the tile demo crew, or the painters, Manuel tackled the issues head-on and got it resolved to our satisfaction. The trustworthiness that developed between Manuel and us, is something that unfortunately isn't seen very often these days. We had no hesitation about leaving the house unlocked so he and the contractors had free access to complete their work. While we are glad the job is now complete, we will miss Manuel's charming and charismatic personality. We consider him a true friend, and hope to run into him now and again in the future. Another crew we want to make certain to recognize is Ivan and Willban, who did a spectacular job with our driveway, sidewalk and pool pavers. This is back breaking work, and it was scorching hot the weeks they were at our home. Many neighbors have said the driveway and front walks look like a showcase home. They have asked who did they work, and I am quick to tell them, LRE I would anticipate requests for additional estimates coming your way in the future. We couldn't be happier with the way this turned out. We're actually having a neighborhood get-together this coming weekend to show off all the work. And last but not least was Accent Carpet & Tile. Rob Wilson was great to work with, and his installers Chris and Antonio did the nicest tile work we have ever seen. My wife came up with an idea, and Chris worked with her on the design and layout of the floors. This was a large tile job that included a kitchen, family room, two hallways, a laundry room, three bathrooms and a master shower that Chris completely designed himself. Chris is a true artisan and Antonio is learning the trade from a master. Your photographer was even very impressed with his work. In closing, the LRE Foundation Repair' experience was worth the wait. We have a house that is now on a solid foundation and is structurally safe. The cosmetic repairs have given the property a fresh look and the neighbors have repeatedly told us how good everything looks. If your company ever needs a reference in the Palm Harbor area, by all means we are available.

Both crew leaders and teams did a great job reassuring me and explaining the planned work approach and answered my many questions about the process. Both crew leaders asked me questions ensuring I was pleased. Both teams were very professional and respectful. I enjoyed working with both teams.

I can't give these guys enough stars. Everyone was super-professional and helpful, from Sam who first came to the house to assess, to Mike, Lee, Henry, Tony, Cory, and more! The crew was very dedicated, and so patient and polite with my myriads of questions and concerns. They showed up every single day, and stayed the full day, and by the end, the finished product was better than I ever imagined! I would absolutely use this company again... Phenomenal!

We reached out to LRE Foundation Repair because our floors in the house bounced when you walked on them. Tyler the LRE design specialist came to our home to discuss our issues and toured the rooms, made some observations, and went under the house. He was patient, engaging, and knowledgeable, answering all our questions and introducing us to the tools that are used in a project like ours. He educated us on the use of SmartJacks, block piers, and base footings and sent us a project summary that described the who process and warranty information, as well as diagram with the goal of installing the SmartJack support system to stabilize our floors.   We were pleased with the appearance of the LRE crew who arrived on site to do the work. Mike, Chris, and Chris were approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. Mike explained the process and answered every question we had. We would say that if appearance and behavior matter to you, the LRE crew looked like the kind of people you would want to have on your job. Once the work began, the effort they put into our project was immediately evident. They were methodical and thorough and performed magnificently. Reaching out to LRE has created a highly desirable situation for us as stabilizing the floors in our home improved our quality of life, and because of it, we are much happier. I highly recommend LRE when you are ready to permanently stabilize your floors.

There's no better help and healing than angels when you've got a dire need and are at your weakest. I'm a homeowner that typically does not leave reviews, however, this talented, devoted, caring, and kind group of people is heaven sent. They had the fastest response to my foundation fears (other companies initial response to my first call lagged on for days); prompt and professional across the board! I know you might be experiencing a problem with your house and it's scary, but WHATEVER it is, this company is your answer. I'd swear on my life. I've never had people or businesses more interested in helping when I wasn't sure where to turn. The workmanship and the staff there are all so involved, communicative with you, intelligent, personable, and so very professional and proud to be a part of that company. I heard men singing while physically working on very dirty Florida hot temperature jobs, just enjoying the fact they were helping! I could go on, but don't put it off any longer and don't be afraid to step into LRE and let them assess your issue(s) and get you to the place of peace!

Shea does a good presentation, professional and relaxed and friendly. And he answered all my questions. The solution he worked out made sense and I liked it. He was completely open to discuss options, give me recommendations but let me make the final decision. Dealing with the office staff was also a good experience. Friendly, cheerful, kept in touch with me, and good at their jobs. We are very happy with the way the work was done and with the crew.

After getting quotes from three different companies, I chose LRE Foundation Repair. My experience with LRE started before the initial consult, when they sent out a brochure explaining their company and the services they provide. Brandon was our sales rep. He listened to us describe our our issues, and took measurements of the entire house to determine if and how much settling had occurred. After several minutes developing a recommendation, he suggested we install piers and a French drain. The price was fair so we signed a contract that day. The piers were installed first, and the French drains were scheduled for a later date. The installation crew was led by Cheyenne and consisted of Cole H, Chris S, and Micah. The team did an excellent job of explaining what the process was and answering all of our questions. The job was completed in a day and the job site was left immaculate. I was even surprised that night to receive a call from Cheyenne following up to see if we had any additional concerns and ensure we were satisfied with the job. I highly recommend doing business with LRE.

LRE was amazing from start to finish. I forgot the man's name who helped us with what we needed, but he made us feel so comfortable. They also work with a financing company, which was exactly what we needed right now. Antonio Woods and his team were amazing too -- very kind people that know what they’re doing. My only complaint was that we had wait three months for scheduling, but it's so worth the wait! I'd recommend this company to anyone!  

The guys were very considerate and very polite. They were extremely concerned that I was happy with the job and always asked if I had any questions. The change is subtle except the driveway. That is 100% better. Everything was cleaned up and blown off when they were done. I couldn't be happier with the results... and your staff is awesome.

Let me preface this by saying I am picky and kind of a neat freak. Your guys were spectacular and anytime I asked a question or expressed interest Cheyenne explained everything and they did in fact clean up after themselves ...very well in fact. In this awful heat they were very pleasant and respectful.

LRE encapsulated our crawlspace to reduce the humidity that was causing significant mold issues. We went with LRE after another company wouldn't do the job unless we added additional (and unnecessary) work. The crew was very efficient and professional, completing the installation in three days. Our crawlspace is now clean enough to feel comfortable going under the house. The team was patient, describing what they had done and why, as well as how to maintain the dehumidifier. It's only been a few days since installation, but I fully expect that their work will resolve our humid and mold issue and they will be willing and able to help if we ever have another issue moving forward. 5 stars all the way and thanks to Cindy who was able to work with me to keep communication lines open and timely. Highly recommend across the board. 

Your crew, which had Carlos as the crew leader, along with Fed and Jalen, were knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and courteous throughout the whole job process. Carlos texted and/or called me every morning to let me know that they were on the way to my house. Every day upon arrival, they went straight to work and worked diligently all day. Carlos quickly answered all of my questions and he took the time to explain the things I did not understand. He and his crew are perfect examples of the type of people that a company can be proud to have as employees.    I'd like to also tell you that every single person I've spoken with at LRE has been a pleasure to work with in all regards. I do not want to name names, just in case I forget someone, but I want to congratulate LRE on the professionalism exhibited by everyone there. I've been in business many years and can attest to the fact that such an attitude from the employees is not an accident and doesn't happen all by itself. It takes a lot of work and commitment, in which LRE certainly exemplifies.
