Our SmartJack support system addressed the customer's sagging floor issue by installing steel support posts in the crawl space. These posts were strategically placed to provide additional support to the floor joists, which had weakened over time. After installation, they are positioned beneath the floor joists or beams, and their height is adjusted to provide the necessary support. This adjustment gradually lifts the sagging floor back to its original position, restoring structural integrity and leveling the surface.
