Instead, the system will capture the water and divert it away from the foundation completely. Once the system is installed, the crew backfills the trench to ensure a clean, level finish.

Over time, standing water can seep into the foundation, cause mold growth, and even weaken the structural integrity of the home. The signs where clear water damage was becoming a real concern, and a long-term solution was needed.

Our team installed a French drain system along the side of the home. After carefully excavating the problem area, we placed a perforated drainpipe in a gravel trench to capture and redirect water away from the foundation. The system was then backfilled with clean stone to promote proper drainage while keeping the solution low-maintenance and effective.
