We installed an exterior french drainage system to stop water before it can leak into the home. The system will direct water away from the foundation through a discharge line to a safe distance to prevent the possibility of re-entry. 

This beautiful outdoor space in Yulee, FL was facing a common but serious issue water pooling along the sliding glass door after heavy rain. Over time, this can cause erosion between pavers, foundation stress, and even water intrusion into the home. 

To solve the problem, our crew installed a sleek and durable drain system directly in front of the patio doors. The new trench drain redirects rainwater from the foundation, helping to prevent standing water and protect the home structure. Now, this homeowner can enjoy their patio worry free rain or shine! 

When It rained, water pooled around this customers patio. Understandably frustrated, they contacted our office for a permanent solution. Our team assessed the issue and decided the most effective solution was to install a French Drainage System along with a high-quality sump pump to remove water to eliminate it from pooling and diverting it away from the foundation to prevent flooding. 

The Sedona is located in the customer's crawl space. The upper duct kit pulls damp air from the upper levels, and running it to the SaniDry unit. As it is cooled and the moisture is removed, the lower duct kit is putting the clean, dry air back into the upper level.

The exterior discharge line was installed with the waterproofing system to ensure effective drainage of water away from the foundation. This helps prevent water accumulation around the structure, reducing the risk of hydrostatic pressure that could compromise the waterproofing and the integrity of the foundation.
