This Fleming Island homeowner had already taken steps to reinforce their home with support jacks, but moisture in the crawl space continued to be a concern. We installed our interior subfloor drainage system, WaterGuard, along the perimeter of this basement where the floor meets the wall.  This solution will capture water at its entry point and direct it to our SuperSump pump system - protecting this space from future flooding and water damage.

The crawl space was damp due to open vents and a dirt floor. Open vents allowed outside air, which often carries moisture, to enter the crawl space. Additionally, the dirt floor contributed to the dampness by allowing moisture from the ground to evaporate and rise into the crawl space, creating a humid environment conducive to mold growth and other moisture-related issues. Our solution was to completely seal the open vents and install our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System with a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
