 In this Jacksonville home, uneven pavers and small gaps along the base of the wall revealed that the foundation was beginning to settle. To protect the home from further shifting, we carefully lifted and removed the pavers, then excavated the area to reach the footing. A durable helical pier was installed to anchor the foundation deep into stable soil, providing long-term support and peace of mind. Once secured, we backfilled the area and reset the pavers, leaving the space looking just as good as it is strong.

High moisture levels in this crawl space damaged the floor joists. This led to the floor above to become uneven. We provided a permanent solution by installing our SmartJack Support System. This system provides reliable structural support,  prevents further settlement, and will restore the integrity of the foundation.
