Paul C. of Savannah, GA owned a townhome. A year ago, he said, the neighbors put something very heavy in their townhome causing the floor in Paul’s home to sink. Paul called Lowcountry Foundation Repair to help him fix his foundation problem.

Lowcountry Foundation Repair installed a SmartJack System to support the joists in the crawl space. SmartJacks are galvanized steel support columns that can support loads over 60,000 pounds each. In addition to the SmartJacks, a PowerBrace beam was installed to allow the SmartJacks to provide support to the structure across an eight foot span. Paul’s foundation was fixed and he was thrilled to protect his home from the neighbors.
