We installed an exterior discharge line connected to the sump pump system to effectively remove water from this homeowners  home. This ensures that excess water is directed away from the foundation, preventing potential flooding and water damage.

This home had a wall that was cracking horizontally, appearing to bend inwards slightly. This is a sign that wet soil outside the basement is putting excessive pressure on the wall. Over time, the crack slowly grows until eventually, the foundation wall can collapse and fail. Our team installed the PowerBrace Wall Anchor System, one of our Foundation Wall Repair products to prevent the wall from pushing inward, then a CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier was used to prevent any moisture that comes through the crack from entering the basement and wetting the floor.
