One of our inspectors came out to perform a free inspection and found that the porch was settling. To stop any further settlement and stabilize the foundation, our team installed Helical piers and attempted a lift on the settled areas to bring them close to their original position.

This Catholic Church in Savannah, GA was experiencing extensive cracking in its stone walls. After calling Lowcountry Foundation Repair, our team installed a SmartJack support system complete with galvanized steel to keep the crawlspace supported and leveled. Note that in the after image of the SmartJacks, our team was in the process of installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation system to control the moisture levels in the space. The brown layer on the ground is the drainage matting layer of our encapsulation system. A CleanSpace vapor barrier is installed next over this layer.
