Scott from LifeGas in Rincon, GA called Lowcountry Foundation Repair with a waterproofing problem. The loading dock at his industrial warehouse was collecting water. Scott said the sump pump already installed couldn’t keep up with the heavy rains.

Lowcountry Foundation Repair sent an inspector to review the situation. It was recommended to install a SuperSump pump. The SuperSump is a top-rated 1/3 horsepower Zoeller cast iron pump that offers reliability and high-volume pumping. It was the perfect solution to keep the loading dock area dry. Excessive moisture in this crawl space led to damaged floor joists and sagging floors. To reinforce the joists and stabilize the sagging floor, we installed new lumber and sistered joists. Our SmartJack System was installed to lift the sagging floor to level.
