During an annual inspection, our service technician ran into a rodent infestation where there were rodent droppings and fluids everywhere from a leaking pipe. A heavy cleaning with antibacterial cleaner was done to restore it's shine and sanitation.

We installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier system in the crawl space to prevent moisture intrusion, eliminate musty odors, and protect the wood from further damage, ensuring a healthier and more durable environment.

Bob B., of Savannah GA met a  Lowcountry Foundation Repair team member at the Savannah Home and Garden Show and scheduled a free inspection of his crawl space. After the inspection, Bob decided to fix his wet crawl space.

The crawl space was damp, musty, and cluttered with debris. Insulation was sagging, and there were signs of mold and mildew growth on the walls and floor. The area was poorly ventilated, contributing to the overall unpleasant and unhealthy environment. The crawl space is now clean, dry, and well-ventilated.
