Moisture Removed From Savannah, GA Crawl Space with Complete CleanSpace Encapsulation

Karen R. of Savannah, GA bought a home a year ago; however there was a moisture problem in the crawl space that caused buckling in the floors. Karen said she was also worried about mold. She called  Lowcountry Foundation Repair for help.

Lowcountry Foundation Repair installed a Complete CleanSpace Encapsulation System to remove moisture from the crawl space and reduce humidity in the crawl space. After the project was complete, the drier crawl space environment prevented microbial growth. Karen was happy to prevent problems in her crawl space.

"Fix it to List it" in Savannah, GA

Eric F. wanted to sell his Savannah, GA home. He purchased it with the intent to flip it, but was notified by a home inspector of foundation issues in his crawl space. The main beams were not properly supporting the subfloor above. Eric asked the inspector who he would recommend for an estimate to fix the problem before putting the house on the market. The home inspector recommended the foundation experts at Lowcountry Foundation Repair.

Eric called
Lowcountry Foundation Repair for a free estimate. The inspector noted the lack of support in the crawl space and recommended adding additional support to his foundation under the subfloor. The project would require adjustable galvanized steel support piers called SmartJacks, to support the sinking area in Eric’s foundation as well as supplemental PowerBrace beams to further stabilize the subfloors of the house. Eric had the work done and was thrilled with the results. The house was ready to list!
