This homeowner has been dealing with extreme water flow and gathering under their home for quite a while. They have had wood supports rot and decay rapidly due to the amount of water and humidity. A Starpipe perimeter drainage system was installed to catch any groundwater and direct it to a sump pump before causing and more damage.

This Ridgeland, SC homeowner was concerned about his foundation when he noticed soft spots in his kitchen floors, and moisture in his crawl space. He knew he needed to have his crawl space inspected so he called Lowcountry Foundation Repair to set up a free appointment. 

This homeowner's crawl space needed to be encapsulated so we used our CleanSpace product to completely seal his crawl space from the earth. We also installed a SaniDry which is a dehumidifying system that maintains a relative humidity within the crawl space and circulates dry air throughout the space.
