This homeowner called Lowcountry Foundation Repair when they noticed the floors of their home were unlevel. Lowcountry sent out an inspector to thoroughly look over the property for free. They recommended SmartJacks in the crawlspace to help even out the floors in the low areas. The homeowner moved forward with having the project done and the Lowcountry team installed and adjusted PowerBrace Supplemental Beams for evenly distributing support along all of the joists in a section of the floor. The SmartJacks can also be adjusted in the future if necessary. The homeowner was very impressed with the final results.

This Baptist Church was having foundation issues such as cracks appearing around windows and in the back rooms where Sunday school was held. After calling us at Lowcountry Foundation Repair, our team came and installed a push pier system to relevel the foundation and stabilize it.

Christine noticed that her floors were sagging and bouncy so she went outside to see if try and identify the problem. She was shocked to discover her home appeared to literally be falling off it's existing supports. Looking for a permanent solution to this problem she reached out to Lowcountry Basement Systems. 

Lowcountry Basement Systems informed Christine that her existing supports were sinking deeper into the ground due to softening of the soil underneath her home. We used our patented SmartJack system to put Christine's home back on solid ground, level her sagging floors and eliminate the shiftin.  

This home in Jesup, GA had a prior powderpost beetle infestation that left the floor of the home weak and sagging. There were large gaps growing in between the base of the wall and the floor from sagging. The wood was repaired with new treated wood and our team installed the SmartJack Support System to lift and stabilize the new floor into place. Our inspector recommended also considering a CleanSpace Encapsulation later on to control the moisture levels in the crawl space, preventing mold growth and deterring the interest of powderpost beetles.

A call from an early childhood education center alerted us to an issue with their crawl space. Our inspection revealed that moisture and water seepage had caused the subfloor in the classrooms and bathroom to rot. To fix the problem, our team removed the damaged subfloor and replaced it with new treated wood. We also installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to prevent the issue from recurring.
