This flexible sealant will never dry or crack and can flex to the natural movement of your foundation wall, ensuring a completely waterproofing seal.

This homeowner was tired of dealing with their unlevel and sagging floors, due to their foundation issues, so they reached out to us for a solution. To fix the problem, we installed multiple SmartJacks to raise and support their foundation permanently. Due to excessive moisture getting into this home's basement, the ceiling and upstairs floor was beginning to sag. To fix this issue, Atlanta Basement Systems installed a SmartJack support system along with a supplemental beam. The SmartJacks are adjustable steel piers that raise sagging floors back to their original height. They provide permanent support and can be adjusted over time if necessary. Additionally, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to remove moisture from the air and prevent future issues. Now the floor is better supported and no longer sagging!
