This homeowner had recently moved in to his home and he was working on some renovations. On his list of things to do was to get new floors installed. While he was getting a quote for the new floors, the floor salesman pointed out the humidity and moisture in the crawl space. Wanting to protect his new home, the owner gave us a call. After meeting with one our System Design Specialists, a plan was created to keep this crawl space dry and clean. In order to encapsulate the space, Josh and his crew cleaned out any debris and prepped for installation. They sealed off any crawl space vents from the inside, to keep outside air out. Once they were finished with sealing off the crawl space, they added CleanSpace to the floors and walls and they wrapped the bottom of the piers as well. The CleanSpace creates an anti-microbial moisture barrier that prevents water from getting into the air in the crawl space. The final touch was installing a SaniDry Sedona to control the relative humidity. Josh and his crew did an amazing job fixing up this crawl space!

In Eatonton, Georgia a homeowner facing bowing walls and moisture issues turned to us for a professional basement waterproofing solution. As visible in the before photo, the basement walls showed signs of structural stress. Our expert team resolved this by installing CarbonArmor® for permanent stability. This basement had cracks in the foundation walls, along with areas of water intrusion. In order to fix the wall, we installed Carbon Armor to easily stabilize the wall. Then we put up the CleanSpace Wall System over the Carbon Armor. This gives the basement an aesthetically pleasing appearance, while also protecting it from moisture. Because moisture is often a reason for damage to foundations, we also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to fully protect the space from water and humidity. 

Wyatt called us out to his home in Lavonia, Georgia because his basement had 3 minor floods this year. He currently uses his basement for storage so he had a lot of personal items down there that were getting ruined by the water getting in. Arthell performed a free inspection of the basement and then created a custom plan to waterproof the basement. 

For this home, Ken and his team installed a full waterproofing system. They put in the WaterGuard drainage system which worked together with a TripleSafe sump pump to quickly remove any water from the basement. They also installed CleanSpace drainage and liner to protect the walls from moisture. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was placed in the basement and an Aspen Air System was installed upstairs in the home to keep the air clean and dry. 

Now Wyatt's basement looks great and is guaranteed to stay dry!

After getting a free inspection by David, one of our System Design Specialists, the homeowner wanted to get his crawl space waterproofed and encapsulated. To do this, Devon and his crew put in EZ-Flow drainage and then wrapped the floors and walls with CleanSpace. They also had sealed all the crawl space vents, and then added a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Now this crawl space is protected from moisture and mold!
