In the Franklin, Georgia residence shown, evident water damage on the crawl space walls highlighted the vulnerability of moisture exposure. This customer called with concerns of a wet crawl space. Moisture build up is not good for a crawl space, because it can cause problems for the whole home. To repair the damage done in this home, we installed CleanSpace throughout the whole crawl space, and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. With both of these in the crawl space it is guaranteed to stay dry, and to not cause any further issues for this home. Before we got there, the crawl space was unenclosed, dirty, and damp. To fix this, we installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system. To do this all debris has to be removed and then the vents have to be sealed. Next, the drainage matting is laid down and the liner is put on top of it. Then the crew has to carefully wrap the bottom of the piers with the liner. To finish off this crawl space, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to control the relative humidity in the air. Now the crawl space is clean, bright, and dry!
