The SmartSump sump pump system is specifically designed for crawl spaces to reduce moisture, remove water and prevent flooding.

We sealed the crawl space to prevent air leaks, insulated the walls with SilverGlo Insulation, covered the crawl space floors and walls with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and conditioned the air using a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to resolve this moisture issue. 

To maintain a healthy home environment, controlling moisture levels in the crawl space is essential. CleanSpace vapor barrier blocks moisture from evaporating into the crawl space, reducing heat loss and keeping it dry.

CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed throughout the crawl space to solve this moisture problem and prevent future moisture intrusions. 

This homeowner in Jackson, Georgia gave us a call because their crawl space was wet, making the rest of the home humid. The waterproofing work done by another company had not worked, and water was pooling in the crawl space which can be seen in the before photo.
