A wet, musty crawl space was encapsulated and transformed into a dry, clean space using our CleanSpace vapor barrier, SuperSump sump pump, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

In Decatur, Georgia, a homeowner reached out to us with a wet crawl space and a lack of encapsulation, as shown in the before photo. Water accumulation like this leads to mold, unpleasant odors, and structural issues over time. To resolve this, we utilized our CleanSpace system to seal the area, significantly improving moisture control. We paired this with a SuperSump to handle water evacuation efficiently and installed an IceGuard system for uninterrupted discharge. Lastly, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier ensures a dry and healthier environment, now visible in the after photo.

This home had a damp and humid crawl space that was unfortunately growing mold. In order to solve the problem first the mold was removed by Soda Blasting. Then the debris was removed so that CleanSpace drainage matting and lining could be installed to create a vapor barrier and prevent the growth of mold. Additionally, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to control relative humidity inside. Now the crawl space is clean and dry, and mold will no longer be an issue.
