Brandon and the team from DriTek created an outstanding experience in the face of a bad situation. With water coming into our house, they came out quickly, helped us find a solution to the intrusion problem, and installed a solution very quickly and efficiently. They communicated well, did what they said they were going to do, and did it all with great customer service.

The gentlemen just came out to do our repairs, and I’m amazed at how fast and efficient they were! Everything was explained to me, and they while doing so. We can finally breathe a sigh of relief that we won’t have to monitor basement during the heavy rains now! I highly recommend DriTek to anyone who needs to keep the water out!

Logan and his crew were very professional. Showed up on time. Completed the job in a timely matter. Clean up was done and left our yard looking the way it was before they arrived. Great customer service with Logan and Jeremy (the office too). Paul came out and explained what my options were and what was going to be the most cost effective thing for me. Then Logan and his crew came out and did a great job with my retaining wall and basement system. (I had problems in two areas of my house.) They picked up every speck of debris and there was really no sign they had ever been there. This a GREAT company!

We had DriTek assess and treat the exterior of our home following some basement flooding in late 2017. All of the company’s representatives were extremely responsive, friendly and kept me updated throughout project, even taking and sharing photos at each stage. They also arrived on time and left work area clean. I would definitely recommend them to others given their professionalism and expertise.

Their crew was fantastic! They came out, knew exactly what needed to be done, talked me through everything to make sure it lined up with what was initially laid out. They were very professional, and did a great job. I was in serious need of grading around my house to get water away from the foundation. After going through about a dozen companies, I finally found Dritek, who was spot on with what my structural engineer said I should get done. The price was very affordable and the quality of the work was very high. I highly recommend them for any of your waterproofing needs and foundation issues.

Fantastic! Nothing more stressful than a basement leak and these guys took care of me. I had some “good ole boys” quote me prices with digging up my basement and putting pumps in. And lets charge you an arm and a leg. Not DriTek. “Lets keep the water from ever entering your basement”. That’s what I wanted to hear and for half the price of the other guys. If you have a leak in your basement call these guys!

Their solution was way more sensible and cost effective than many of the others we talked to and their service and communication was outstanding! They worked quickly, documenting the job with photos as they went, providing us with a warranty that we could give to our buyers. We receive so many compliments on the retaining wall built by Dritek! Even people we don’t know stop and comment on how nice it looks. The crew was great, efficient & on time. When I noticed an esthetic “thing,” which had nothing to do with the structure, Brandon sent a crew out to fix it for me! Great work, great crew, great management!!

I had drainage issues for a while. I called several companies to come give me estimates. All companies except for one were not able to provide a solution along with an estimate. My job was too complex for all other companies. Paul with DriTek came out and offered a solution to my issues in no time. The estimate was provided in a timely manner. We have been battling a leaking basement for some time and we did not want an interior fix. We really wanted to fix the issue from the outside but had a lot of troubles finding a company that would provide an exterior solution. Jeremy and his team at DriTek provided a very competitive quote and did a great job getting creative on how to solve the issue.
