After buying the home, they realized the crawl space smelled very musty and damp. This crawl space liner was loose, flimsy, and wasn't sealed to the crawl space, allowing moisture to penetrate the crawl space and create a damp, musty smell. To fix it, we installed our 20 mil thick CleanSpace© liner, over twice as thick as industry standard liners. Its a powerful liner manufactured in seven layers, and includes a 25-year warranty against rips and tears! Lastly, we installed our SilverGlo© crawl space wall insulation, a 2" foamboard panel infused with graphite, which offers significant energy savings long-term.

This customer was looking for some extra waterproofing products, as per what he currently had was not helping. We installed a dehumidifier to help with any moisture or humidity occuring.
