Have you noticed your floors are feeling a little more uneven than normal? A customer of ours John had noticed his floors had been feeling a little uneven for the last two years. He was speaking with one of his neighbors to see if they were having the same issues, they told him they were but they had us come out a fix it for them. They decided to give us a call and they explained all of their concers. We got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Ryan. Once Ryan got out there he met with the homeowners to give over their concerns and what they were looking to have done. With that in mind he went down to the crawlspace and knew right away our SmartJacks would be the best fit for john and his family. While he was down there he noticed the mois=ture was super high so he recommended our CleanSpace product to the homeowners. They thought they might as well do both projects so it does not get any worst. 

A homeowner called us worried about her existing crawlspace support system. Wooden blocks were being used to hold up the floor joists and in many places those boards were breaking under the pressure of the home. Our SmartJacks system was installed to counteract any settlement that may have been causing the existing braces to fail.

Still, having water concerns after we installed a water system? Sometimes that happens and we have an easy fix to help. 

We can install some lateral lines in the floor to get the water to the sump pump. 

Customer called due to their basement having water issues. They had large amounts of cracks on the outside as well as the inside of their basement walls. We installed carbon armor and Flexispan
