A gentlemens deck was settling due to over irrigation, and the siding of the house was cracking and separating due to the settlement.

To fix his issue we installed five Helical Piers in the front and on the side of the deck, Which needed 3 1/2 inches to level the deck back. After the level was complete we were able to bring the siding back together.
