This Marsing home's foundation settled and the structure sunk.  The foundation is repaired and the Helical Pier System installed to lift, stabilize the home.

Water was entering the basement through the entryway. We had already installed short section of waterguard and a smart sump pump.  We installed a floor drain in the entryway to catch future water from coming down from the stairway. 

The customer called us because they had concerns about some cracks in the foundation which was leading a slight amount of water into their crawlspace. We installed carbonarmor and nexuspro.
