A Nampa homeowner was faced with a problem  when there didn't seem to be enough room to install our Sump Pump system in his basement. He was remodeling his basement and wanted to make sure the pump was out of the way but still able to work effectively. Our system design expert located a closet near the area that the waterproofing products were to be installed and thought that would be a good location. The installation of the sump pump was very non invasive and is now hidden from regular foot traffic. 

This house had sagging, uneven floors so we fixed it up with our SmartJacks and leveled it back out while also providing stability! As you can see the dip in the floor came up and the level is equal!

We had a set of homeowners call us with concerns of water coming into the basement through cracks!
