A recent customer of our in Pocatello reached out to us with concerns of water coming up under the carpet in the basement. She was very confused and wasn't sure if it was a normal thing or not. She decided to do some research to figure out if it was normal and why it was happening. She then came across our website and decided to give us a call. To ensure water discharges away from the foundation effectively, we installed our TrenchDrain system below the gutters over the patio. After installation, we left the blue tape for latter removal — so the concrete and tile could be replaced without debris clogging the grated removable cover.

To turn this musty wet basement into a clean, healthy space, we installed a full-perimeter WaterGuard drainage system to capture groundwater and be removed by a TripleSafe sump pump system. This system can remove up to 6,400 gallons per hour, including 1/2" inch solids.
