A hairline crack in the basement wall was causing problems for this homeowner. Her basement wall was leaking water! We fixed this problem with FlexiSpan! We had these customers give us a call to schedule an appointment because they kept having water come into there crawlspace, whether it be from a heavy rain or from the sprinklers running outside. We had a a solution that they were ecstatic about! The solution we provided was a water pumping system to keep the water from coming into the crawlspace, the customers were super happy at how amazing it has been working!

This customer noticed how musty his crawlspace was. He had us come out and examine the area, little did he know his crawlspace needed some repair as well. Here we installed our Smart Jacks to help restabilize the flooring to make it level again. We also installed clean space to help with the moisture, humidity, and musty smells. 

Here we installed our drainage system along the edge of the flooring as well as out sump pump to control any water that is getting in. 

Here we installed water drains around the perimeter of this basement to capture any water leaking in and direct outside of the basement.
