Foreman Todd W. and his crew installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors to restore the wall to its original position and support the home. With this permanent solution, Steve no longer has to worry about the foundation of his mother's home collapsing.

Support beams in a Sainte Genevieve, MO basement were sagging, causing the floors in the house to sink. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. This will stabilize the beams and floor joists in the basement and lift the floor above it back toward its original elevation. Dustin W was concerned when he noticed that his basement walls were beginning to bow. So, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Thomas W was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

Foreman Jeremy R installed a PowerBrace System, shown above, in Dustin’s basement. The PowerBrace is a system of metal beams that will attach to the walls and keep them from bowing any further than they already have, they will also be able to straighten the walls over time.
