Homeowners in Staunton, IL were experiencing severe foundation settlement in their home which was appearing through the stair stepped cracks in the brick outside of their home.  Our team at Woods Basement Systems installed the Helical Piers.  These piers are meant to reinforce the foundation of the structure by connecting to the footing of the home.  By drilling deep into the soil, it allows the piers to be secure.  After the installation, it can often result in closed cracks and improved operation of the doors and windows.  After the installation, the homeowners were happy with their supported foundation on their home for years to come!

A retaining wall was shifting in Glen Carbon, IL. The bricks were also separating. To solve this issue, Geo-Lock Wall Anchors were installed. These will permanently stabilize the wall, straightening it to its original position and keeping it in place. Any cracks will also be closed. This wall will remain stable and restore peace of mind for years to come!
