These rods are then attached to steel wall plates that are placed directly on the wall. As the rods are tightened, they pull the wall back into place. Moisture entered a crawlspace in Chaffee, MO, causing mold to grow on the support beams and rot. To solve these issues, a CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed.
