Foreman Bradly P installed a PowerBrace, shown above, in Kathy’s basement. The PowerBrace is a system of metal beams that will attach to the wall, and prevent them from bowing any further than they already have. They will also be able to straighten the walls overtime.

It is not at all uncommon for attached garages to begin to sink and separate from the house itself.
