Foreman, Melvin F. installed the products. WaterGuard works to guide collected water that seeps through basement walls to the sump pump in order for it to be removed from the home. The Twin Pack sump pump has two stainless steel pump which are installed at two different levels and kicks in the prevent flooding during storms.

The Twin Pack sump pump had two stainless steel pumps for double protection and they are installed at different heights to combat against flooding and leaks. The WaterGuard is placed in the perimeter if the basement floor and it workds to collect water that seeps through basement walls and guide it to the sump pump. Once at the sump pump, the water can be reomved from the home.

This Troy, Missouri home had massive amounts of water that would leak into the basement. This space was used primarily for storage, so the homeowner wanted to take action quickly to ensure that his home and possessions were safe. Team Woods fixed this issue by installing WaterGuard drains throughout the basement. WaterGuard drains are installed in the footing of the basement to collect all water that leaks in and sends the water to the sump pump.

By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath, the foam expands and lifts the concrete slab up to level it out. This foam hardens to become rock solid within hours. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps in between the concrete slabs. This system will withstand the test of time, as well as any harsh weather the homeowner may receive. With these systems in place, the homeowner can now rest easy knowing their sidewalk is in great shape!
