Every year a routine maintenance inspection is performed on Woods Basement Systems' products. In this home in Ballwin, MO. a maintenance check was performed on a TripleSafe™ sump pump system. 

The TripleSafe™ sump pump system features three seperate pumps that can work together to keep the basement dry even in the toughest conditions. The third pump in the TripleSafe™ system is battery powered, allowing it continue to pump water out of the basement when the power goes out. The TripleSafe™ also features two discharge lines, allowing it to pump out water far more quickly than systems that rely on one single discharge line. 

Woods Basement Systems installer Clay L. was able to check all three pumps as well as the battery and the discharge lines to ensure that the system was in the best possible condition to protect the basement. While performing this inspection, Clay L. also took the opportunity to start a Radon test to test the home for potentially dangerous levels of Radon gas. The homeowners can relax knowing they're in good hands thanks to Clay L.'s efforts.

Our foreman Luis Rivas and his team installed in a waterproofing system to keep the basement dry for years to come. Several products were installed including WaterGuard, IceGuard and TripleSafe. Ballwin, MO homeowner Dawn was experiencing a wet basement. She gave Woods Basement Systems a call. System Design Specialist Adam R. determined her key issues and developed the ideal plan for her. 

His plan included CleanSpace, WaterGaurd, TwinPack sump pump, and a WellDuct in the basement and aexterior trench drain, Lawnscape Outlet, and IceGuard outside the home.

Water was leaking down a basement wall in Ballwin, MO, and causing some damage. To solve this issue, Woods installed a CleanSpace Liner on the walls. This will stop water vapor from permeating the basement walls, and drain any wall leaks down to WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system that will catch these leaks and lead them to the TripleSafe Sump System, which will then pump this water out. This basement will stay clean and fresh for years to come thanks to these systems!

Water was leaking at the wall and floor joint in Ballwin, MO, so the WaterGuard System was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that separates it from the soil under the floor so it will never clog. It will also drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter.
