Nancy R. from Saint Louis, Missouri wanted to waterproof her basement by updating her window in her basement. Nancy decided to give Woods Basement Systems a call after looking at several positive reviews. She worked with system design specialist, Brian S., to customize a plan that would meet her updated window desires. 

Upon recommendation, Nancy agreed to install a Sunhouse window well onto her basement window. This new window would allow in more natural light while also protecting the basement from water leaks. This album will show the before and after of this waterproofing project conducted by Team Woods.

Water was coming into a basement in Saint Louis, MO, so Woods installed WaterGuard. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and from below the basement and discharge it out of the house. This basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!

A sump pump was malfunctioning in Creve Coeur, MO, so it was replaced with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This system assures protection from everyday problems with an ordinary pump. It can handle a heavy flow of water, thanks to a secondary pump included inside that will help eliminate the water if the first pump is unable to keep up with the amount of water that is entering it. It also features a removable airtight lid which reduces noise, prevents objects from falling in, and keeps moisture, insects, and odor from coming out of the sump. This basement will now remain dry and clean for years to come!

Water was coming down the walls of a basement in Creve Coeur, MO, causing damage and concern. To solve this issue, the BrightWall Paneling System was installed. This is an all-plastic, bright white, basement wall paneling that provides a clean look for an unfinished basement. It prevents water vapor from seeping into the basement and drains any wall leaks down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry all the time!

To help keep the crawlspace inhabitable and safe for entry, a foreman installed a CleanSpace™ encapsulation system to keep mold growth, rot, and humidity from entering the home. The antimicrobial additive technology in the CleanSpace™ system has no odor and can be used to stop water vapor from permeating from the floor and instead be seeped to the sump.
