A basement in Maplewood, MO, was leaking and needed to be addressed. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call to waterproof their basement. To solve this issue, CleanSpace™ was installed. This highly durable liner will keep the humidity out of the basement. Then, WaterGuard™ was used to collect the water that entered the basement. This system sits on top of the soil to prevent clogging. Finally, a sump pump was used to discharge the water out of the basement. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement will remain dry for years to come! 

This University City, Missouri home's basement had been plagued with leaks for years. Water would stream through cracks in the walls and pool on the floor, creating quite a mess. In order to waterproof the basement, a Woods Basement Systems team installed a WaterGuard French drain system. These gutter-like drains are put in place underneath the floor at the base of the leaking walls to catch any and all water. 

Shannon T is having some problems with water getting in her basement. There is a ramp leading down to the basement from outside, so it’s very easy for water to flow down and collect on the basement floors.

Melvin F and his crew installed WaterGuard to seal up cracks that water leaks through, and to drain water away. A TrenchDrain was also added by the entrance so that water cannot get past it. Instead, the water is caught and drained away before it can get to the basement. Shannon can now rest assured that her basement will not flood when it rains!

A corner of a basement in Saint Louis, MO was leaking, causing mold to grow on the walls. To fix this, the WaterGuard system was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. This basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!

Water was coming out of basement windows in Saint Louis, MO, damaging the walls. To solve these issues, WellDuct was installed underneath the windows. This will drain water that enters the window well and down to WaterGuard, which will catch and guide this water toward the sump system. Lastly, the BrightWall system was installed. This will provide a clean, bright, semi-finished look to the basement walls, and prevent water vapor from permeating them. Any wall leaks will also be drained down to WaterGuard. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!
