This crawlspace was suffering from mold and mildew, causing damage to the crawlspace. Our Woods foreman installed SmartJack™ systems to hold the crawlspace and prevent the home from collapsing into it and added the CleanSpace™ encapsulation system to keep further mold and mildew from entering the crawlspace. Now this space can enjoy the luxury of being mold-free.

A driveway in Saint Louis, MO, was unleveled and littered with cracks and gaps between the concrete slabs. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam will then expand, lifting the concrete slabs up to level them out. This foam with harden to become rock solid within hours. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the cracks and gaps. This flexible sealant will stand the test of time and against any harsh weather the homeowner may receive.
