In Saint Louis, Missouri homeowner Ron P. wanted to waterproof his basement. After a recommendation from a friend, he made a call to Woods Basement Systems. Foreman Michael Davies had the perfect solution and products to waterproof the space. After installing WaterGuard and IceGuard, the home was completely waterproofed.

Wouldn't it be great to not have to walk on a cold, hard basement floor to do laundry? Many of our customers like to install sections of ThermalDry flooring in their washer and dryer area. ThermalDry Flooring is inorganic material and makes a 10 to 15 degree difference in how the basement floor feels. Also, the flooring is raised to give plumbing leaks a path to a floor drain or sump pump.

This University City, Missouri home's basement had been plagued with leaks for years. Water would stream through cracks in the walls and pool on the floor, creating quite a mess. In order to waterproof the basement, a Woods Basement Systems team installed a WaterGuard French drain system. These gutter-like drains are put in place underneath the floor at the base of the leaking walls to catch any and all water.

Melvin F and his crew installed WaterGuard to seal up cracks that water leaks through, and to drain water away. A TrenchDrain was also added by the entrance so that water cannot get past it. Instead, the water is caught and drained away before it can get to the basement. Shannon can now rest assured that her basement will not flood when it rains!

A corner of a basement in Saint Louis, MO was leaking, causing mold to grow on the walls. To fix this, the WaterGuard system was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. This basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!
