Meghan P. was the representative for a Saint Louis, MO home that had a leaky basement. Cracks in the foundations walls as well as the joints between the walls and floors allowed water to leak in. Years of water intrusion had stained and damaged the walls and floors, leaving them an eyesore. Meghan was worried the water problem might scare off potential buyers so she called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended a basement waterproofing system.

The Twin Pack was installed as part of that waterproofing system. The Twin Pack contains two powerful cast-iron pumps that eject intruding water safely away from the basement through its discharge lines. The Twin Pack can protect the basement weather ranging from small showers to severe downpours.

Design specialist Jacob K. assessed the situation and decided the best solution was to install a TripleSafe sump pump and a Waterguard drainage system. Foreman Jose L. then headed to the home to get the job started.

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement. After installation, the Waterguard was covered with concrete. The Waterguard collects water coming up from the ground before it reaches the basement surface. It then drains the water to the sump pump.
