Homeowners in Chesterfield, MO were experiencing foundation settlement on their home which was appearing through cracks on the foundation of their home.  After reaching out to Woods Basement Systems, our team installed Helical Piers.  These piers are meant to reinforce the foundation of the structure by connecting to the footing of the home.  By drilling deep into the soil, it allows the piers to be secure.  After the installation, it can often result in closed cracks and improved operation of the doors and windows.  The homeowners were happy with their reinforced foundation and peace of mind for years to come!

A home in Chesterfield, Missouri, needed some stabilizing work done. Small cracks were starting to appear around the home and needed to be addressed. Woods came out and installed a pier system to support the foundations. The Push Pier System will permanently stabilize the home's settling foundation and in many cases, raise it back up. Engineered steel tube sections are driven through steel foundation brackets, past unstable soils, to the solid bedrock beneath it. This will transfer the home's weight evenly on solid ground, rather than the unstable soils supporting it previously. With this installation in place, this home will be stable for many years to come.

Williamsville, MO resident Sam S. contacted Woods Basement Systems due to a basement flood that left part of the foundation's footing washed out. Specialist Cody M. evaulated the footing and determined that the best solution would be foundation piering. 

Foreman Jose L. and his crew installed push piers all along the failing portion of the footing and stabilized the foundation.

Marley and Debbie O., High Ridge, Missouri residents, were concerned about their bowing and cracking basement walls. Due to high water pressure in the soil, the foundation walls began to bow inward and crack.

System design specilaist Walter C. designed a solution to support their home. Geo-Lock Wall Anchors were installed by Todd W. Geo-Lock is a permanent solution to bowing walls. These wall anchors restore the foundation to its original position and provide support to the foundation.

High Ridge, Missouri property owner noticed a horizontal crack going around two walls in his basement. He gave Wooods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Luke K. developed a plan for him. 

Foreman Jeremy R. and his crew installed the Geo-Lock Wall Anchors aound the two walls. The anchors are steel rods that are drilled through the wall and anchored on both ends to pull the wall back to its original position.
