WaterGuard™ was used to collect any water that entered the basement. This system sits on top of the soil to prevent clogging. Next, a sump pump was installed to discharge the water collected by the WaterGuard™. This system will not get clogged by ice or snow during colder weather conditions. A sidewalk in Saint Louis, MO, was unleveled, resulting in large gaps to from in between the concrete slabs. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. This foam expands and lifts the concrete slab up to level it out. Once it hardens, it becomes rock solid within hours. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive.
