Jeremy G. of Godfrey, Illinois had water leaking in through cracks in the foundation walls, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Luke K. recommended installing a TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard.

Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump uses a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a backup battery-powered pump to fully protect your home at all times, so there is no worry of it not working properly. The WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the basement floor and it collects water that seeps through basement walls and guides it to the sump pump. This allows for it to be pumped out and away from the home.

Now Jeremy G. has a dry basement. 

Before this Godfrey, Illinois basement was unprotected from water damage. Water would leak in during heavy rains and threaten the well-being of the home. To prevent this, Team Woods installed WaterGuard drains into the perimeter of the space. This way if water were to leak in, the drains would be able to catch them before the water could create harm. 

A sump pump was not able to pump out the amount of water that was entering it, causing it to overflow. Water was now pooling in the basement, causing damage. To solve this issue, the TripleSafe Sump pump System was installed. • This system assures protection from common problems with an ordinary pump. It can handle a heavy flow of water, thanks to a secondary pump included inside that will help eliminate the water if the first pump is unable to keep up with the amount of water that is entering it. It also features a removable airtight lid which reduces noise, prevents objects from falling in, and keeps moisture, insects, and odor from coming out of the sump. Thanks to this system, this basement will remain clean and dry for years to come!
