Micah of Alton, Illinois struggled with keeping water out of her home. After harsh weather conditions, Micah would check her basement and there was always standing water. That's when she gave Woods Basement Systems a call to see how they could help. On the phone she talked to system design specialist, Brenton K., and he recommended the installation of a WaterGuard.

The WaterGuard lines the perimeter of the room, which collects the water and is then pumped out with the sump pump. Foreman, Mason S. and his team installed the waterproofing items and now Micah can happy enjoy her water free basement!

Alton, Illinois homeowner Brenda noticed water coming in through cracks in her basement walls. She gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Luke K. developed a plan to get her basement dry and the cracks closed. 

First Foreman Jeremy and his crew installed the Geo-Lock Wall Anchors. The Geo-Lock Wall Anchors stabilize the basement walls by anchoring behind the active soil line. This gives the walls the support they need to keep the dirt and water out. 

Then Foreman Juan and his crew installed the WaterGuard and TripleSafe Sump Pump. The WaterGuard will collect the water that comes in from behind, below, and above the wall. It then directs this water to the TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TripleSafe has three pumps that work to always keep the basement dry. 

Brenda can now enjoy her basement without worrying about the cracks or the water. 

This Alton, Illinois basement had experienced water seeping through the wall's cracks after heavy rains and desperately needed a permanent solution. This will also stop water vapor from entering and will drain leaks down behind it to the WaterGuard system, which will catch, seal up, and drain away water directly to the TripleSafe sump system, which was also installed to pump out the water. This will stop water from leaking onto the floors. Celeste can now relax knowing her basement will stay clean and dry!
