This leaky basement had a failed waterproofing system and was in desperate need of a replacement.  There were large cracks in the walls, resulting in water coming in during heavy rains.  Woods Basement Systems installed WaterGuard waterproofing system in the basement.  After WaterGuard is installed, concrete is poured over it, and the basement is now permanently waterproofed.

This Alton, IL basement was leaking water, this issue was resolved by the installation of the WaterGuard system. This system directs the flow of water around the perimeter into the TripleSafe sump pump. 

This big-box-store sump pump quit working on these Alton, IL homeowners, letting water leak into their basement. Woods Basement Systems replaced the customer's faulty equipment with our TripleSafe sump pump to fix the issue once and for all!

The TwinPack sump pump system includes two pumps to ensure the basement stays dry. The WaterGuard drainage system was also installed to guide water to the pump.
