Cracks were forming on a basement wall in Ellisville, MO, causing the homeowners concern. To fix this, GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed. These are galvanized steel earth anchors embedded into the soil out and away from the foundation wall. Once installed, these will hold the walls in their current position and can be tightened to allow for improvement and straightening of the wall over time. Zinc-plated steel beams are custom-fit and installed with brackets that attach both to the wall and the floor. This design can also be tightened, allowing improvements to be made as time goes on. Finally, the piers are covered with soil.
