This highly durable liner will not make the crawlspace look cleaner and nicer, it will also keep other outside elements, such as humidity, out of the area. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their crawlspace is in great shape! 

Water was entering a basement in Carlinville, IL, so the WaterGuard System was first installed. This system has a design that separates it from the soil under the floor so it will never clog. It will also drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. Next, the TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed. This system assures protection from common problems with an ordinary pump. It can handle a heavy flow of water, thanks to a secondary pump that will help eliminate the water if the first pump can't keep up. It also features a removable airtight lid which reduces noise, prevents objects from falling in, and keeps moisture, insects, and odor from coming out of the sump. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. This basement will remain clean and dry for years to come!

Foreman Greg and his crew installed the the CleanSpace with Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, and SmartSump in the crawl space featured here. 

The Drainage Matting is under the CleanSpace. It gives the water vapor that seeps in a surface to collect on and direct to the SmartSump. The CleanSpace keeps all the water vapor out of the crawl space environment while providing a brighter, cleaner surface. 

The SmartSump will make sure any water collected gets removed from the space and away from the home. 

Lucia can now use her crawl space for storage and not be afraid when she needs to go into the space.
