A part of a basement wall was shifting in Chaffee, MO, and water was leaking through the bricks. To solve these issues, the GeoLock Wall Anchor System was first installed. These are galvanized steel earth anchors embedded into the soil out and away from the foundation wall. Once installed, these will hold the walls in their current position and can be tightened to allow for improvement and straightening of the wall over time.

Next, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls, and drain any leaks to the WaterGuard System. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, draining water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharging it from the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out, and effectively pumps out the water. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain stable and dry all the time!

Water was leaking around the perimeter of a basement in New Baden, IL, causing damage and concern. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was installed. This drainage system is installed adjacent to the home and provides a channel that connects to the sump pump.  Its design will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. A garage floor was sinking and cracked in New Baden, IL, and needed to be addressed. To solve the unleveled concrete issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by injecting polyurethane foam underneath the concrete, where it will expand and raise the concrete to level it out. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the cracks. This flexible sealant will stand the test of time and against any harsh weather. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest assured that their garage floor is in great shape!

A driveway in Auburn, IL, was unleveled and needed to be addressed. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands, lifting the concrete slabs up to level them out. This foam also hardens to become rock-solid within hours, meaning the homeowner can use their driveway later that same day. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their driveway is in great shape!

Connie E. of Trenton, Illinois was distraught by her wet, musty basement. Water leaked into the basement where the floor meets the wall. The water seepage caused mold and risked damaging her valuables. A System Design Specialist designed a solution to ensure her basement stays dry.

WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system, was installed. It collects and guides water to the TripleSafe sump pump system. TripleSafe is equipped with three pumps to ensure the basement stays dry. In addition to WaterGuard and TripleSafe, IceGuard was installed. IceGuard is installed to the exterior discharge lines to provide water with and exit in the event that the lines become frozen or clogged.

The combination of these systems will keep Connie's basement dry and mold-free.
