Stabilizing A Crawlspace In Poplar Bluff, MO

A crawlspace in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, needed some stabilizing work done. The previously placed supports were no longer providing the proper stabilization for the floor joists above. Woods came in and installed the SmartJack System to rectify this issue. This system consists of custom cut steel beams. They are placed in galvanized fill to equally distribute the weight of the building. They can be tightened over time. This allows maintenance to be done as the ground continues to shift without requiring another costly install. Thanks to Woods, this crawlspace will be stabilized for decades to come.

Mud on the basement floor in Fenton, MO

Mud that gets in with the water in a leaky basement may be due to another potentially serious problem, a settling footing.  Interior drywall cracks or doors and windows not properly working may not have occured yet but will unless the root problem is addressed.  Our Foundation SupportWorks® push piers can get to the root of the problem.  On the interior of the basement we jackhammer through the floor and place the pier brackets beneath the foundation wall footing lifting it back into place.
