The CleanSpace vapor barrier includes brown dimpled sheeting that allows any water to migrate quicker to the SmartSump pump. The SmartSump Pump comes with a radon approved floor drain and a water alarm that will sound if there were ever a water leak. Lastly the SaniDry dehumidification unit will pull the moisture out of the air and drain directly to the SmartSump.
