Atwood, Illinois resident, Steven M. was concerned about his crawl space. Not only was it wet and musty, but the crawl space was also poorly insulated. Greg B., System Design Specialist, inspected the crawl space and designed a solution. 

James L. and his team installed SilverGlo. SilverGlo is insulation designed for the crawl space. It creates a vapor barrier, so it keeps moisture out and won't rot. SilverGlo keeps the cold air out  and reflects heat back into the crawl space for maximum energy savings.

Atwood, Illinois homeowner, was troubled by his wet crawl space. Water seeped into the crawl space through his block foundation. System Design Specialist Greg B. designed a solution to keep his crawl space dry.

As part of the solution, Foreman James L. installed SmartSump. SmartSump is a sump pump system designed for crawl spaces. It works with the Clean Space crawl space encapsulation system to ensure the crawl space stays dry.

Stopping all the leaks in this Fairfield, Illinois basement included the installation of our WaterGuard® drainage system and ThermalDry® wall covering for the block foundation so that the homeowner could finish the basement again...for the last time. As part of our WaterGuard waterproofing system, the customers selected the TwinPack Sump Pump with a primary and secondary pump. In case of primary pump failure, the secondary pump will kick in. Also, the pumps can work in unison in the case of a large volume of water.
